13 World Wide Radio is SHAREWARE. This means:
14 - You may use the World Wide Radio server and broadcasters for an
15 evaluation period of 30 days.

17 - You may make as many copies of the software as you want and give
18 them away as long as you copy the entire unmodified package.

20 - You must register the World Wide Radio Server after a period of
21 30 days.

23 Registration gives you:

25 A fully running server and broadcaster version without shareware delays.
26 A license to use the server as long as you want and 200 clients can connect
27 per server or broadcaster.

29 A license for a non-commercial radio station is as low as:

40 The following license is for the registered version of WWR:
41 Read the following clauses of the license agreement before installing
42 this program product. By installing it you unconditionally accept this
43 agreement. If you refuse to accept the license conditions, do not
44 proceed further with the installation.

46 OWNERSHIP
47 The program, including the supporting documentation, is the property
48 and constitutes a trade secret of World Wide Radio GbR. The customer
49 does not acquire any title or ownership in the program other than the
50 licensed rights granted by this agreement.

52 SECURITY
53 The program is delivered to the customer on a confidential basis; the
54 customer is responsible for taking all the necessary actions to avoid
55 unauthorized diffusion of the program to third parties. The customer
56 can make copies only for backup purposes.
57 The only exclusion for this is: The user may make the client programs
58 available for download, so that third party users are able to receive
59 the distributed audio signal. But that may only be done without
60 taking fee for download or using the program. Third party users of
61 the clients are bound to this license and not any license of the
62 costumer.

64 The customer is not authorized in any case to modify the program,
65 reverse engineer it or remove any trademark, copyright notice, serial
66 number or customer name from it.

69 LICENSE
70 The customer has the right to use a binary copy of the program for
71 sending radio broadcasts for the registered radio station.
72 The costumer is not allowed to use the server for other audio signals
73 not belonging to this radio station.
74 The costumer may copy the broadcasters to other machines and use
75 them to broadcast the audio signal as described by the manual. The
76 broadcasters must not be made available to other persons other than
77 needed in order to let the broadcaster programs do their work of
78 distributing the audio signal.

81 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
82 World Wide Radio GbR grants no warranties with respect to the licensed
83 program, and all implied warranties, including merchantability and
84 fitness for purpose, are excluded. IN NO EVENT SHALL WORLD WIDE RADIO
85 BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
86 RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN
87 CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF
88 WORLD WIDE RADIO GBR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
89 DAMAGES; THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF WORLD WIDE RADIO GBR SHALL BE
90 LIMITED TO REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER THE PRICE PAID BY THE COSTUMER FOR
91 THE PROGRAM.

93 TRANSFER OF THE AGREEMENT
94 The license granted by this agreement cannot be transferred or
95 sublicensed by the customer to any third party without the prior
96 written permission of World Wide Radio GbR.

98 TERM AND TERMINATION
99 The license will automatically terminate if the customer fails to
100 comply with any term or condition of this agreement. The customer
101 agrees upon such termination to destroy the licensed program and all
102 materials delivered therewith, along with any backup or other copies
103 in his possession.

105 ENTIRE AGREEMENT
106 YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT
107 AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER AGREE
108 THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT
109 BETWEEN US WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR
110 WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE
111 SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
