Color-support for apsfilter

mono  --> All postscript-files or pictures will be printed as black &
          white-data. This will reduce the expenses for color-pens or
	  colored ink

color --> The pictures sent to the filter will be converted to
          color-ps-data and ensure color-printing this way.
